Ventilation
Ventilation systems are a complex of equipment designed to supply fresh and clean air and to remove polluted, exhaust air from a room. Along with the main function - providing the necessary air exchange, ventilation systems often simultaneously perform the functions of heating and air conditioning.
With all the variety of ventilation systems, due to the purpose of premises, the nature of technological process, the type of hazardous emissions, etc., they can be classified by the following characteristic features:
- According to method of pressure creation for air transfer: with natural and artificial (mechanical) inducement.
- By purpose: supply and exhaust.
- By service area: local and general exchange.
- According to the design: channel and monoblock.
